Fitness regime

Hey guys. Can you please have a quick glance at my regime and give me any pointers for improving it. My goal is to have noticable abs bu the end of august. Im 18, 6 ft 1 150lbs. I can feel my abs but they are below a small layer of fat (dammit!). ok, my regime:
-Morning - 20mins HIIT jog 50m (downhill) sprint 50m (uphil sprint)
Breakfast - Usually museli with raisins and semi-skimed milk
-Noon - Free weight training (bench press, squats, arm curls etc.
Lunch - Low fat roast chicken or tuna sandwich on malt bread, fruit juice, grapes
Evening - rest
Evening meal - Pasta or a selection of fruits and vegetables. Sometimes low fat lasange.
Snacks- Fruit, roasted pumpkin and sunflower seeds, nuts, tin of tuna (sometimes).
Thats basically it. If theres anything im doing wrong, any foods i should/shouldnt be eating etc could you let me know. Thanks guys!!!

You wanna see those abs, first lets change that breakfast to either egg whites or natural oatmeal.

Honestly everything else looks good execept those seeds. Believe it or not, those sunflower seeds contain something called partially hydrogenated vegetable oil, which may be keeping you from seeing your abs. Read the label on everything you eat, if the ingredients has partially hydrogenated on it, throw it away as fast as possible! That's transfats, and those say NO to rippling six packs.

Your weight training is a huge plus, and so is that HIIT training. You dont HAVE to do it every morning, take a rest every few days, but I'm sure it also doesn't hurt. Keep it up bro and best of luck to you. And you can have noticable abs by the end of the month if you try hard enough!
