Fitness program/software?

Does anyone know of a good computer program that includes workouts, weight training exercises, allows you to record and track goals such as measurements, body weight, etc.? I have worked out since the med '60's but would like to track my progress (since it is now much harder to make progress!!!! :( ). I did download Bill Phillip's spread Excel spreadsheets years ago for his "Body for Life" program. Is there anything out there that is better?
