Hi Guys,
The Fitness Britain Competition starts on Sunday the 5th of September at St.Albans arena with categories in MuscleMania, Model, Fitness and Ms.Bikini.
The show itself will be televised on SKY's Active channel 281 and a live webcast will be going out worldwide, so if you’re looking to get recognition this would be a great chance!

I was hoping to hear more about the Britain Competition.

So 'fitness' is now exclusively defined as being able to dance, balance on your hands and look good in a swimsuit?
