Fitness Breakthrough!!!

overtraining is an overused word usually by lazy people;)

I've decided I was wrong about overtraining. I had my high school students do a test of 50 push ups, 50 crunches, 10 chins, and a 1.5 mile jog. They all told me they were overtrained after that.

Well, they know best. Maybe you should listen to them before you torture them with these impossible physical tasks. This isn't the Navy SEALS you monster.

You could do planned overtraining :) I read an article about that somewhere; probably on t-nation.

It basically killed you and then you rest a really long time and your suppose to have good gains.

Sounds like T-Nation to me. "oh, if you wake up the next morning and it feels like you got hit by every bus in the city it must be working! The paralysis :drooling1: will go away soon u baby"

Jeez

yeah, dual factor theory is just a bunch of bull t-nation came up with to sell more suppliments.

in case you didn't notice, there was a hint of sarcasm in that post :p

And yeah, anterior pelvic tilt, haha. But the truth is, LOTS of people have it :p

Are you sure thats its not just a made up thing for people who have a big ass?:D
