Fitness after 4

I have also tried lasagna with Turkey which tasted no different. I am having a cheat meal tonight. We are going to a Japanese steakhouse for dinner, I have been so good I have decided to live a little tonight....steak and scallops ! The kids are really excited, they love to watch them cook!

My cheat meal was well worht it. Not to bad, went heavier on the protein, I think it was just high in kcal's. I did miss my workout on Saturday, but did it Sunday instead. I weighed myself today and I am at 130 lbs! I only have 2 pounds to go until my first goal weight. I think I may go a little lower than 128lbs, have to see what my abs look like when I hit 128lbs. I can now wear a size 6 again, been a while since I saw that number. I am really pleased with my progress although it is getting harder to keep up. I thik I need to get a little more organized.
 
Thanks Stingo and She. I am really struggling this week, not to whine, but schedule is almost not attainable. I have absolutely no down time. I guess I asked for it though. I sometimes wish that I was less of an overachiever lol. On a high note my husband just called to say he is now down 18 pounds! He hasn't seen 210 in a long time and I am really happy for him.
 
Missy, you CAN DO IT! Like stingo said, "keep ur eyes on the prize!" You are only 2 lbs away from your first goal weight! TWO POUNDS!! U can make it there! I know you can!!! Great job so far!
 
Thanks Wendy. I am afraid this week has been a struggle. I am barely keeping my head above water. I missed by exercise goals completely on Wednesday and Thursday, but I will do it tonight if it kills me. I just have so much to do it is hard to fit it in.
 
Did upper body yesterday and ate well. Today I am planning on cardio.
Tomorrow I weigh in, hoping I don't gain.
 
Let's see, just fiished upper body, had a great workout once I managed to get started. Eating pretty clean too. Overall I am feeling great physically and that is why I am doing this. I need to weigh myself, will do that in the am, I am thinking I am the same weight , not a surprise as I dropped the ball a few times last week. See what tomorrow brings ;-)
 
Sorry for not replying sooner, I have been running around like a crazy woman lol. I weighed the same, so no gain and no loss. I willl be out of town this weekend, but plan to report in when I get back .
 
I appear to still be maintaining despite my crazy schedule. Weighing somewhere around 129-130. I am actually pleased with that. I am planning to do better this week and see where that gets me. Overall I am happy with my progress so far. Would like more muscle definition, but I guess I am not alone in that wish ;-)

wt 130lbs (down 11lbs)

I have ntoiced progress in my pics, but it is nice to confirm it with measurable data!

I started July 27th. I weighed 144lbs at the beginning of the summer, so since June it is 14lbs down, but I wasn't working out then. So I guess that makes this week 12. Am thinking I will shoot for 125lbs. I still have a little fat that I would like to see go and then maybe add a little muscle. I didn't do anything extreme. Quite honestly I am eating more now thanks to several people here who convinced me that you have to eat to lose. Good luck.
 
Did lower body Sunday. Tried a new exercise to follow up my deadlifts and I do believe I found a muscle group that I wasn't working out as well as I could lol, little sore today;-) Last night was cardio, did tae-bo with Billy. Did great food wise except supper, I caved and made chicken and biscuts from scratch. Low in fat, but little high in carbs, but tasted great. Kept my quanity low so that calorie wise I was okay.

Yesterday I cleaned the downstairs, today I will clean upstairs. Tomorrow I am back to work after a mini break.
