Wow, I guess it has been a little while. I haven't been doing well with my fitness goals, I guess it didn't make sense to post my lack of progress. I plan to run tonight, day one again lol I have been really overwhelmed with life, but it has to get better. Weight wise I am holding, but I am not feeling that great about myself. Only 1.5 weeks left until summer break! At least then I will get a little reprieve from life as I know it.
I can't believe it has been a month. Just got back from a 10 day break on the beach and am feeling well rested. I am home for the summer and plan to use this time to get my firness plan established as a routine again. My goal is to lose 10 lbs, gain muscle, and have more energy. I have a picture taken of me in Florida that really highlights what I would like to change and will use this as my motivation. I am just catching up on diaries and can't wait to see the progress everyone else has made.
