Fitness advice needed

Hi all, Firstly, let me say 'Hello' as I'm new here. I joined as I'm looking for some advice, and this place looks like it's full of knowledge!

Right, I'm relatively fit (not as much as I would like to be), I'm 5ft 10 and weigh about 10.3 stone.

I am hoping to join the RAF and will be starting training in as little as 6 months (so 6 months will be my target of being as fit as possible).

I swim Monday, Wednesday and Friday for 25 minutes in the morning, play Squash on Tuesday afternoons for 40 minutes and go for a couple of miles jog every day (apart from a Sunday). I'm useless at swimming and get out of breath VERY quickly, but this is something I am hoping to improve on. I am just looking for some guidance to see if I am on the right tracks or not?

I have been doing this routine for 2 weeks now and am due to go to the gym twice a week (tuesday and thursday mornings).

My diet consists of breakfast (weetabix) in the morning, a banana at 10am, ham sandwiche/yoghurt/apple at 12.30 (lunch time), banana at 2.30pm a bowl of porridge at 5.00pm (to give me energy for when I do my jog at 5.45pm) and dinner usually consists of egg fried rice and fish, or chicken (sometimes pasta etc). As you can see, I am also trying to gain a bit of weight too.

Thanks for any help you can give! (My apologies if this doesn't leave any paragraph gaps, I'm using my phone to post this!)
