Hi all, I am new here. I was posting my daily food and exercise on another forum on an unrelated topic, but figured here is a more appropriate place to do it, so here it is.....
Tuesday June 10
7:30 am coffee w/cream&splenda
9 am smoothie w/raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, pomegranate juice, orange juice, oatmeal
11:30 am 1/2 power bar
12:30 pm swim about 30 minutes
4:30 pm light&fit yogurt (I highly recommend!), handful of almonds
7:30 pm pork chop, baked beans, cucumbers, tomatoes, feta cheese, red peppers, onions, w/olive oil, 1/2 piece whole wheat bread, 1 glass white wine
