I am sorry you may have this somewhere but i couldn't find it.
I started this diet 4 days ago, i have been on it 4 tmes by now, in the duration of some 4 months and it really is great to lose weight and cleanse your body.
I guess some of you are acquanted with this diet, i am doing a stricter version that is very popular in my country for mor ethan a decade and people ar every satisfied.
In general the Fit for life encompasses fruit until noon, then no combining foods, lik emixing proteins with carbs or starch and carbs or proteins, and that is it. Also the fruit on an empty stomach so you can absorb all the vitamins of it, as he claims.
WEll the diet everyone follows and believs is successful is as follows and chanes every 4 days:
1 day: fruit until noon, protein(meat or eggs) and salad, soup without the noodles at the end and a piece of bread for lunch, for dinner the same only half of that and no soup.
2 day: fruit until noon, for lunch starch ( beans, potatoes, rice, lentils, peas or the such) with salad, for dinner the same only half.
3 day: fruit until noon; lunch carbs (spaghetti, macaroni ..) with olive oil and sea salt , for dinner the same only half of that.
4 day: fruit only as much as like and whichever, and if hungry some nuts.
Then you repetr this again, minumim 3 months and after that you follow th general Fit for life way of eating.
I KNOW there are many here that are opposing it , as there are some reviews against it and maybe some ar eright, i am no scientist to know this,
When i read hi sbook it sounded very logical to me, and it became my bible for years.
I must add that i do find it hard with th efruit UNTIL 12, I do eat it every morning, but sometimes i can hardly wait to eat my lunch at 12, and the have my dinner at 5 or so.
I have made a big break since i came here in Canada a couple of years and i gained some 10 punds which is a lot for me 160 punds, 162 cm high, 42 years old.
I know that age, slow matbolism, inactivity, emotional state and genes also contributed for me to gain weight , but i must take control before it is too late.
I want to know if anyone has tried this diet and whatthey think and feel.
Hope there are some here, or maybe this diet is outdated and comprimised, i really don;t know, that is why i am here to talk about it and the diet advise.
Thank you, Jackie
