Fit and flat stomach ?

Is this a good exercise program
Monday morning - cardio (1 hour)
Monday afternoon - tennis (2 hours)
Tursday Mormon - tennis (1 hour)
Tuesday afternoon - tennis (2 hours) , and karate (1 hour)
Wednesday morning - toning session (1 hour)
Thursday morning - boxing session (1 hour)
Thursday afternoon - tennis (1 hour)
Friday morning - Swimming (45 mins)
Friday afternoon - rest

Is this a good way to get fit ?
Will this program help me get a flat stomach ?
should I be doing abdominal exercises and if so what ones ? t

A flat stomach is about body-fat percentage. The more body-fat you drop the flatter your stomach.

You should do ab exercises anyway (I think) as that'll help give you fitness to do your sports, and growing the abs will help their definition, but mostly it's about body-fat. That's the one you probably want to concentrate on.

Sounds like you're doing a lot of cardio, that's good. More than quantity you want intensity. So if you're playing tennis run around and sweat a lot, don't just coast in the water but power through your swims etc.

The other part of the equation is diet.

If you're eating more than your burning you're not going to make progress. So read up on nutrition (esp the stickies, in nutrition and in weight loss) and if you want advice post your daily diet (everything including snacks, sauces, etc.) and people are usually glad to give advice.
