First weigh-in is in the morning.

So this is my first post as far as my "weight loss diary" goes. I technically started my diet last week on Monday December 20th, 2010. I'm going to weigh in every Monday morning so I get to weigh in several hours from now and I'm sure it's not going to be as good as I would like it to be because Christmas Eve and Christmas Day really threw me off. I overate and skipped exercise. It's kinda sad since I've only started a week ago but I swear I'm getting back in the game and I'm seriously determined to do it. As long as I see the number on the scales continuously going down then I wont let only losing a pound or even staying at the same weight get me down. We should train ourselves to not lose motivation so easily. Anyway, it's time for sleep and I'll post an update with my weight in the morning. Wish me luck.
