First Week Weigh In

Hey All! I joined the forums last week for some motivation during weight loss. I'm 24 years old, I have no children, but I have a dog (her name is Piper Oni, hence my screen name). A few years back I lost 37 pounds thanks to Weight Watchers, but I found it again. This time I'm eating sensibly and taking slimquick pills. Anywho, I weighed in today, my first weeks weigh in and I lost 3 pounds!! My goal for next week is to lose 4 pounds, I'm gonna have to start exercising... yuck! Anyone have pointers on how to get motivated to exercise?
 
Just jump in and do it is the only thing I can tell you. Don't sit around and think about exercising, just do it. Once you start doing it you'll find motivation. You'll feel good. You'll be proud of yourself for being active. And you'll lose more weight! Etc...

Congrats on the weight you lost already. I hope success for you.
