Hi all me and my BF are having a race to see who can get a 6 pack first haha
He sorta has one going.. dosnt have much to do.
But i dont know how long it is gonna take me.. im pretty thin but not much muscle on me lol
He has bench press & weights and i have nothinggg haha
So what im asking is what excersises can i do to help me? I currently go for jogs nearly every day & eat pretty healthy.
