I actually signed up for the Rock and Roll Half Marathon on Sept 3--
Any tips? (what to eat, how many days off before...)

I'd say what buzz said...if you haven't already check out runners world's customized plan for your run. Its individualized and very very helpful for those of us who just need someone to tell us what to do next
Thanks, I have been using Hal Higdon's guide, but it didn't seem like it would work for me...I have had to do more to train than it lists...it didn't really have me running what I thought was 'enough' and it seemed like too much resting.
There is alot of good info on the runner's world site! Thanks again...I will post my time if I am brave
