First Attempt to Bulk. Tips/Hints..Starting Pics

Hey guys. Just joined the forum and a couple months back into working out. Im 18 yrs old in college 5'11 and 165-170 lbs. I've worked out for a few years prior but am just coming back off a bad compound wrist break. Up to this point I've just been lifting just to get a basic back in shape idea and it has gone pretty well. I want to start bulking and I've never done it before. Here are some pictures of me right now. Sorry if the quality is poor or anything, it's all i Have!

I've been looking through the forums at other people's bulking questions and tips and i am looking for any advice you all have for me more specifically. A Good diet is really the main thing i'm thinking of. How much protein, how much calories to take in, etc. Keep in mind i am the perfect example of a poor college kid. I have a campus meal card and there are cafeteria's and a convenience store but I don't have the availability that maybe the perfect diet would have. Any input is appreciated!

Hey there. I do agree you should bulk. You have a great base to start from and a clean bulk should help you put on a good amount of muscle.

What is your current maintenance calories? ( google Bmr calculator )
increase that number by 300-500 and see how much you gain after a week or so, generally you can't create more than half a pound of muscle a week and how much weight you want to put on a week will correlate with how much fat you are comfortable with putting on. If you think you are gaining fat a little to fast you can lower the number a little bit

Also, what do your lifting routine look like?

Right now I've been
doing Chest/Upper Back monday and thursday
Legs/Shoulders/Lower Back Tuesday and Friday
Biceps/triceps Wednesday and Saturday
I do a bit of cardio after every chest and bicep day with some abs about twice a week. I've generally been doing pretty heavy weight with lower reps to try and get stronger.
