Hey everyone... It's been like, a whole week. Ooops. I'm going to be completely honest and tell you what happened and how my retarded mind worked:
Well, I weighed in on Tues expecting my weigh in to be around half a kg less, so around 67kg (after I'd managed a 4000cal deficit for the week) and to my horror I saw 68.7kg. So I thought fuck it, I'll be really good today and weigh in tomorrow... But I never got that far, I was just angry so ate a shitload. Kinda had a few good days and a few bad days this week, the bad outweighing the good. But then after a really horrible day at work yesterday I was incredibly bad and just decided it wasn't worth the food, and it was making me feel worse. I have been swimming however, pretty much every day for about a fortnight. Only missed 2 days!! So this morning I jumped on the scales (even though I knew it'd be way out from all the shit I ate yesterday) and yea, it was 69.6kg... but I've lost 2% body fat which I thought was crazy!! And NONE of my measurements have gone up. I was being generous with the tape too!!! Haha maybe swimming is better exercise than I thought?? Anyhoo...
Also completely random, it's exactly 12 weeks till I go home on holiday. Not going to go for the month anymore as I decided the loss of money isn't worth it (neither is being away from my husband for that long) so holidays on the 23rd July for a week... and I really want to be 62kg by then!!! I'm actually enjoying swimming, and I know that where I am the winters are still around 30 degrees celcius (and it's the dry season), so I can swim all the way through too!!! I PROMISE I'm going to come in here and write every single day like I did before, it seems to be one of the big things keeping me sane. So...

I made it with Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Mix, almond milk, and coconut sugar.... absolutely blew my mind. It stayed kinda gooey on the top and bottom so was like self- saucing choc pudding!!!! Also I worked out the calories (for how I made it) It was: 279cals, 14g fat, 37g carb, 2g fiber, 5g protein (all healthy fat from the coconut oil!!! If you haven't read about it's benefits, I strongly urge you to google it!)
S- Choc peanut butter quest bar (trying to get rid of the last of these, they are made with whey and I'm trying to get rid of all the dairy in my diet. Don't want to throw them out though!!)
L- Homemade pizza on a GF base, topped with spinach, fresh tomato and homemade 'uncheese'
D- Little instand Pad Thai noodle cup (because I'm lazy and it's my day off. So NER.)
Also going to swim for at least half an hour- I've worked out that 30mins is going fairly hard up and back 160 times, it's enough to make me feel fairly exhausted at the end too considering how weak I am!!! I kind of run in the shallow end, and then breast-stroke to the deep end.
