Thanks, LaMaria! Yeah, I'm happy with how my body is feeling. I can feel where the cms are coming off.
PT sesh tonight, legs and abs! I learnt that my right leg is quite an amount weaker than my left. Single leg presses and my right hamstring is stupidly tight compared to my left for reasons unknown, Weighted split squats, sumo squats, dead lifts. All these followed by what I would describe as scissor legs and then planks. I hate planks but tonight I was able to hold the plank on my toes for thirty seconds, TWICE! Might not seem much to others but as a personal hate of mine, I feel pleased as punch!
I'm off to my hometown for the weekend. I'm going to really try and be well behaved. Not slip off the wagon but I do foresee glasses of champagne in store!
