Thanx Lena - it was a pretty great feeling - however I dont even think he noticed me - mind you Im like half of what I use to be it would be kinda hard to miss me...who cares, anyway!!!

He didnt affect me anyway or form...that is what matters - ya me!!!
 
Cerella I'm so happy for you! It must be wonderful to feel that indifference in regards to him! Quite liberating I'm sure ;) Great job on the elliptical as well! :)

Thanx it totally is - he derailed me everytime all the time...This visit was the first one that didnt effect me and I totally hope as time goes on and if he sticks around for the kids that he see and relizes what he is missing out and that he thinks/knows he made a mistake...my granny was so sweet adn she she thinks he is probually already realizing that:)

Congrats on keeping up on your elliptical your so burning through some calories. YEAH!! And it's so good to read that your feeling good, looking good and things are working out for you. Thanx Kim!!! Im finally healed and happy agian it has been sooo looong and Ive been on a pretty even keel lately!!!

I guess at some point the next step will be to go look for a man - ha ha ha:eek2: That is what scares me - heeheehee
 
If you can get up the nerve maybe you can tell the creep that he will not be given the opportunity to disappoint your little Taneesha, and if he says he's going to call or come get her and he doesn't, then you will no longer allow him to speak with her or visit her until he can show that he is reliable. Disappointing her is the worst thing and abusive. Maybe you should even log these episodes in case he ever goes to court for formal visitation.

I posted a challenge in my diary. Will you do it with me Relly? I really need some way to keep my on track through the end of July. If I can't even make my 1/2 pound goal for the rest of the month (for a total 1 pound for July), then I have little hope of succeeding.
 
Hey you - This is how we have been doing things all along - this is why he dgoes for so long wiht nothign because he wont follow through but now she is remembering!!! He was told yesturday he better follow through as she knows now who they are...and how important it is for him to see her and be there and if not than he can fuck off!!!

I am glad you got over that emotion challange. Weight loss is tied in with emotions, and with that burden off your mind, that weight (and it is) should be dropping off in no time :)

Val - thanx girly - I was pretty surprized and happy and excited - I have healed and yesturday was proof of that!!!

Im tired and cranky because I havent exercised yet...so Im abt to go do that now...
 
Hopefully you're not still feeling cranky when you read this because I wanted you to stop by our challenge in the Club forum. I posted a thread there and hope anyone who feels like it will join the short challenge.

Now I need to get on the elliptical again so I can meet my goal for today.
