HA HA HA - ya - I wouldnt bother but I didnt take him yesturday plus I walk in a wooded area so I really have no excuse
 
Well, even if you haven't moved your ticker, just seeing 207 on the scales at all is a GREAT result.

I totally loved your happy post on the last page. Ex or no, that is what you deserve.
 
Thanx Felici - it was pretty wet out there!!! I did my 2 mile walk in 30 mins - damn - my times in everythign are gettin faster I guess that is good though I am gettin stronger!!!

Hey there and thats what you need to be when "X" comes around is to be strong!!You are doing great and don't let someone thats taking up space bring ya down,you are strong,beautiful,gr8 mommy,and good kind hearted person like I said before his loss!!
WOW walking in the rain that is dedication,my dog looks back at me when we get caught in the rain like Iam getting him wet on purpose lol.Anyway have yet another successful day Tammy:hug2:

Great job Cinder on the 207 YES!! you know how close that is to 200, DAMN your almost there! I commend you on walking that 2 miles in the crappy weather, I probably would have talked myself out of that one. YOUR STRONG GIRL!! And your scales will prove that again soon. Well DONE!:jump:

So I stepped on the scale and it has me at 209.8 - I cant believe tha tis my weigh t- I am just beside myself:D:D:D

I have a silly little school girl smile on my face...
 
That's wonderful! I'm really glad you are happy with yourself right now. We all need that from time to time!

Ya I am slowly here - ha ha ha - appearantly midnight is too late for this tired ole mommy to stay up till - hee hee hee
