Hey there girl!!!Your doing a great job..!!..~!! I am so in need
to meet my goals I set for me by OCT 31st my fave holiday also
but I would LOVE to see 160 then I am shooting for 145-150 by
X-mas for my Ultimate goal so I have to push hard and put down
that "SARA LEE CHEESECAKE ICECREAM"hahaha...
I am hoping we can push each other into reaching our goals.

Sssooo - Im super proud of myself - wait till you hear these stats...1.75 miles in 45 mins - kid and stroller in tow - prob = abt 60 lbs and the dog...I hit 2.25 miles by 60 mins and I finished off at 2.75 miles in 75 mins - my finish time wasnt the greatest but hte dog and I were beat by 60 mins and the pcnic area - lol...I took some pics and will post them...

We walk at the Reginal Park - it is abt 5 mins away - it is just down our cross road...So when my grandfather was alive he walked allt he many dogs through there that they had and my granny and grandfather took us through there as well as my cousins and such and now i take my children and our dog through there - we bought my grandfather a bench and out it in the park engreaved and spread his ashes by and around his bench - when my granny passes she wants the same thing donw as well and we always stop by his bench and talk to him and such and that is how he meet my youngest I became prego with her after he passed - just as well - he would have hated the x - ha ha ha...anyhoo that is our story - now i will add some pics...

I have to agree that is a super good picture of you ladies, it captures such joy in your eyes. You should put a frame around that one and stick it on a wall. Just beautiful! I'm so happy for you Cinder, your moving that scale down and keeping so positive. I have a feeling you'll be down in the 100's in just a another month or two. Take your time and make it happen. I'll be here to see your triamph!! I'm so excited, I can't stand it Keep up the good work!!:)

10 miles elliptical - 65 mins fat burning program and it kicked my ass from now on im using the programs it beats me doing the intervails on my own...578 cals burnt an average of 16/17 pretty much steady...

Im abt to head out so I am dressed to go out casual - I rarely wear clothes that fit me so I wanted to post these pics and for those of you that were in on the boob discussion - need I say maore - im not lacking really - LOL- I jsut boght this tank a month or so ago...my body is loosing in ackward places...

Im going to a friends daughters bday party and I havent seen her in abt 3 months my friend and I havent seen her family prob since xmas - wow - it will be intersting to see if any one notices anyhitng...

Ha Ha Ha - to the boobs - now can you only imagine what htey looked like before I started loosing weight - my x always told me he was an ass man not a boob man till he met me:newangel: :angel: :newangel: All the wmn well most of the wmn in my family are big boob - I worry abt my oldest b/c she is stick thin and her boobs are growing like crazy - if she keeps her waiost adn figure - which I am sure she will - her father was over 6 feet and a bone rack - than she will ahve a body to die for and all the boys chasing her!!!

Anyway 1o miles on the eliptical your killing me that would make my
leggs fall off lol.I managed a 2.5 mile walk which is good for a beginner

Wow - I had to go find my diary and dig it out - it has been a looong tiem since ihavent been in the new post - I am almost always their and I expect to be there - ha ha ha...

Anyway today is my baby's bday - she is 3 today - wow time sure goes by fast - I cant believe how grown up she is getting...Im gonna go and dig out a baby pic from photo bucket - 3 yrs old - :D:D:D and my oldest will be 13 on the 28th...I always joke but not having sex agian in Oct - both my dauhgters had the excact same due date - Kaylea the oldest was 10 or 11 days over due and Taneesha they just couldnt seem to place and exact due date but had given me the 15 which was Kayleas due date as well...they are almost 10 yrs apart to the day...

I am home free - I havent heard boo - from my x - I am completley free - it has taken me 3 looong years to free my life of my x - lets hope he finally got it and is outta our lives - for Taneesha to grow up how I want her to he cant be a part of it and it is sad he wont even commit two days a week to her so I wont let him see her - he wants to be a once in awhile bear gifts kinda dad and i dont want that...one day I will find a father for my girls - someone who will understnad and embrace how great they are and be the best father he can to them :D:D:D!!!

I can finally move on with my life and be happy...I am at peace and I am happy and I think I have finally succeed in Finding Cerella again!!!
