I drink diet soda when I'm out a lot (instead of beer), but at home I don't touch the stuff. I got Ice Mountatin home delivery and it costs me less than I used to pay for water and diet soda combined. Its also great for hot tea since it has a hot water spiget. I'm really glad I purchased it.

exercise - 30 mins Curves
elliptical - 45 mins - 5.25 miles - 638 cals burnt !!!
 
So Im down to 210.0!!! Last friday I weighted in at 212.4 - so since I refocused and started eatign better I am down 2.4 lbs - it is safe to say I am back on track !!! :D:D:D I will be better with diaries sorry Ive been having a hard time keeping up ...
 
Hi there Cinderelly! So proud of you on the weightloss! Good for you :)! I've been doing the low carb thing this week after reading a bunch of articles about how it really does work and the science behind it. I thought it was all hokey but now I'm trying it to see if I can break this plateau. Have a great day mami :).
 
Congratulations Cerella, that is just great to see. I have slipped in to the diet cola thing, drinking less green tea but I'm trying to hang in there.

So after tooting my own horn I am up to 212 this morning but I didnt have the healthiest day yesturday so my guess is sodium sodium sodium...

I had a baget sandwich from safeway for lunch and then Taneesha and I had a hot and french fries from the ball park - usually on Thursday we have a ball park hotdog it seems to be our thing...

I also had two wafer cookie bars at 140 cals each and I had 5 timbits and an ice cap at like 1o pm - ha ha ha - I guess that will do it hey...

However now I know that i can do this - I lost 2.4 lbs in a week and I am determind to keep eating well :D:D:D I am still proud of myself...

My new plan is to loose 20 lbs in 3 months - I cant get my tattoo redone/touched up for that long so at the same tiem I wanna get another done and I will aim to do it all at once - new goal 20 lbs down :):):) I need incentive to get to onderland...
 
Good luck with the 20 lbs...I set my TOPS goal at 10 lbs by September 1, but I'll be thrilled (and in shock!) if I lose more. :)

Sounds like a completely achievable goal for you! I have seen how motivated & determined you are.. pretty amazing.

YAY... down 2.4 pounds. That Rocks. Keep up the good work and great motivation! Payoffs are so nice to see. :)
 
You CAN do it! Even with the Thursday ballpark food. Do they serve fries drenched with melted cheddar cheese on them? If so, I'm SOOOO there!
