Relly, you are such a damn pain in my ass :). Last night I came home and ordered a turkey burger and fries because I was starving and it seems like anything you order out is fattening as hell. Anyway, as you know I usually am too lazy and undisciplined to work out on nights when I go to the office in the day but I was feeling bad about f'ing up my plan. Well last night I kept thinking about your rep LOL and I kept envisioning your elliptical posts that I felt almost forced to jump on at freakin 10pm at night (when I'm usually going to sleep). Thanks for the motivation girl!

Sorry about your plans being ruined Cerella. They are individuals and kids pick the worst times to have a "bad day".

Oh ya then I got her under control - she redeemed herself and played well for the longest time and by herself and then the oldest comes home and just repeats histoyy - aaarrrggg - teenagers and tots
 
I guess I need to start posting my food agian - Im eating wella dn such but my weight has stalled so Im unsure if it is sodium overload - I had way to much of it on Monday - I ate like 3/4 of a bag of salt and viniger crispers...

Yesturday I ate blueberries,yoguart tube,rest of crispers (prob like 1/2 cup)grapes,9- cals rice cake snack pack,1 small piece of pepporoni pizza and then roast beef,potatoes,carrots and a small piece of cake

Im loosing it - hee hee hee - someone or I mean something or Im gettin distracted along the way...

I need to eat more - Im burnign alot of cals on the elliptical and not to mention the physical job...
 
Morning Cinder!! Your doing great on the elliptical, but think of it this way, your body is like a car, if you drive 300 miles, you must REFUEL in order to driver further down the road. You have to keep on eating to burn. You've been dropping weight like crazy the past few weeks, maybe right now your body is building up your muscle, LIKE MINE! and you will see inches lost, but no move on the scale. Don't get discouraged, please your doing great!! and I saw your last pictures, you look great too. Keep on plugging at it, and maybe your right about buying some groceries, but don't let this little "no weight loss" period upset you in the least, you are going strong and you are doing GREAT!! give it a little more time and see if the scales start moving again, I bet they will. :jump:

Thanx Kim...Funny your telling me to refuel and fuel up when we are tryign to convience you to eat more - well at least we all care abt one another...:D:D:D The grocery thing will help as I literally have no food - nothing healthy - no fruits or veggies well - except for the carrots I bought and the blueberries the other day:)

Ah, kids are so cute, but then I hear how they can be little monsters! I know you and Blancita LOVE your daughters, but man oh man I am so glad I don't have one!! LOL!

Girlfriend, I have been eating more, a lot more since last WED, so I did take the advise, and so far I haven't gained anything, but I feel a little more energy, but it's still early for me, so only time will tell. But your body might take to it a little better than mine as we are all different, and what works for others may not work for you. But you of course already know that. LOL You know I mentioned yesterday in my diary I actually broke down and ate a very lean piece of pork (grilled) of course. I don't eat red meat, so I get stagnant on eating just Chicken and Turkey all the time. It was nice to eat the pork and not feel guilty! Do you eat much fish?? My family can't stand the smell of it, but from what Tom says if you buy it fresh enough, it should have the fish smell to it. I love tuna!! I can eat that stuff right out of the can, but Trout or Salmon, I have a really hard time chocking down, strange isn't it?? I wish I loved it, like so many other people on here, it would sure up my choices for dinner meals every day. I HATE planning for dinner.
 
PS, It sounded in my previous post as if I was saying Pork was red meat, UMMMMM Not the case, I know Pork is the other white meat, RIGHT??? hahahhah I just don't eat Red Meat. LOL LOL That's what I meant. LOL LOL had to clarify that just in case. Later babes!

shoot, at least your loosing some weight. I've been at this 1200 cal diet for about a week and a half and i only have 2 pds off. I don't know why weight loss is so slow for me lately??

ANYWAYS...don't let it get to ya, you'r kicking a$$, just let your body catch up!!

Itz nice 2 see ya drop by:) I always swore Id be in the looney bin by 30 and have a head full of grey hair...I still have a bit of time to get there - 6 months or so - ha ha ha...I also added a kid as well - i said that before I had my second...LOL

I know!!! I'll start tommorrow!! I did a GREAT job on sat. but then I was in pain for a few days, so i'm kinda scared to do it again, lol. Maybe I should just stick to a half hour workout instead of an hour till I get used to that?
 
Exercise - 7 miles Elliptical - 400 cals - 2 mile walk

Water - 3 -4 liters

Food

1 piece of toast with p/b - 150
1 yoguart tube - 60 cals

ceasar salad with chicken breaast - dressing was 120 cals
6 chicken wings

1 piece of cake

2 buns - 280 cals
roast beef
salad
corn on the cob

Nestle Minis - 100 cals a pop - I had 2 - 200 cals
