I have no idea how you can survive that long on the elliptical, I can barely keep myself on it for 15 mins :p Way to go!

Just popping in quick. Got to get ready to go out dancing with my mom. I'm taking her to one of our local clubs that play hip hop and rap. She'll have a great time :).

So no walk - lol - My parents are in town and staying at my Grandma's so I will be on the go mor ethan usual oh well - ha ha ha - but usually I spend my evenings at home so it is a little weird - I got home at 10 tonight...this is why I got the elliptical in this morning...

I have to work tomorrow night UGH...

Adam/Risty - love hate for sure - I had to really make myself get use to the elliptical and like it but now I love it...

Lol isn't that cool when we don't feel like walking the dog gives us the puupy dog eyes and they keep us on a walking schedule mine is really good for that he will sit at the front door and look at the window then at me and this goes on all day until we go lol.

You go girl!! Walk that dog and keep it up on that elliptical and I KNOW your going to get to 190 in no time flat!! Your probably going to fly past me too. Which I am so happy if you do!! Im glad I wasnt steppin on your toes Val...well not your toes but ya know - Im glad you accept teadsing and dont get all mad and shit - Im also glad you say it as you see it!!!

My walk was ok - I did my 2 miles in 40 mins today...I was too busy text messaging - that slows one down - however Ive gotten very good at it - i can even text when I am on the elliptical!!!

Im still beat...Ive been stayin upt oo late lately...but oh well almost the weekend...

My job situation is complicated...Im not gonna talk abt it openly if anyone is interested you can pm me...

I gotta go clean a big ass fuckin mansion by myself and work tonight - BLAH...

ya funny thing is it is a quiter day today...but I best be on my way here...even though I am totally draggin my ass - ya for the diet pepsi in the car waitin on me!!!

Ha Ha HA - quiter day - I meant quieter day - I really need to get some house work done of my own but Im too determind to get to onderland - I dont wanan slow down exercise til lthen!!!

Im super tired today Tammy but I went on my walka dn Iwill get the ellipticla in before i go back to work this evening...
