*~* Finding a Life that's Mine *~*

you're welcome ready :) i know what it's like when you start and immediately want to give up. that's that worm in our heads that is trying to stop us from changing. (the worm called habit or addiction)

whoohoo for those 4 pounds. who cares if its water weight..your friend is right, its gone :)

do any workout which you find best suited for you. i enjoy my aerobics class and my strength training the same hehe and i can't wait for mondays and thursday to go. i think i'll start going to the gym also once a week in week or two. and to think i started only a month ago and couldn't follow the whole routine, had to stop every once and a while. now i can do practically the entire routine, i just can't do the dumb-bell exercises that involve direct straint on my lower back, so i do it wothoiut the dumb-bells. so walk all you can, and you'll get into shape in no time.

as for food...that is the point, to become aware of what we take in and this how much, just compare how much you were eating a month ago and see the difference. its all about control.

have a great sunday ready :D and remeber if you get angry or want to binge just come here and yell!
