when someone posts something as good as this we can't all say "awesome! dude you rock!" etc. We need to raise our standards and compare it to the right thing. You can't compare a physique like this to the average joe's.

more sprint workouts than anything else. i'm finally training hard in the gym, and way way less on the track.

Looking good but have you had an injury to your leg? The left one is oddly shaped, like you dont even have a fibula.

I think youve got some good mass in your legs, and from that shot they look good in my opinion.

I think maybe the last view was just at a funny angle.
