Just wanted to let everyone know, i made it past the plateau. I didnt weigh myself all week to avoid discouraging myself. Well i lost 2 lbs since last week. So excited to see that friggen dial move back 2 notches. its been forever since ive seen that.
Here's what i changed...I couldnt do the morning cardio like i had originally decided. my schedule is just too hectic as it is to go to bed an hour earlier. But I increased the high intensity phase of my HIIT by 10 seconds. I also focused on carb timing like LV suggested. I also changed my ratio to 40/30/30 instead of 50/25/25. I tried to get at least 1 complex carb in my PPWO meal. usually either brown rice or a peice of whole wheat bread.
This seemed to be the kick i needed. I just wanna thank everyone for all their input. It's much appreciated
