Questions
-----------------
-I was just wondering everytime I go do sit ups I See people doing crunches but instead of layin down flat they do it at an angle. My abs look pretty good but i was wondering if u do crunches side ways is that training some other part of ur abs?

-Ive been going to the gym for atleast 4months now,my biceps and triceps are bigger than before but not huge!and only when i flex is when u can see my muscles, why is that? I do everything correctly and i also throw in extra concentrated biceps curls until my arms are dead, but still its not as big unless i flex.

-Im finally gonna get a job so im planning to buy them muscles supplements (that powder drinks),What kind are there? Whats best to get? Wats price range?

on your side will work the obliques. almost all compound exersizes will hit these muscles. search oblique exersizes on youtube. pushups are good to add to the routine, no need to take anything out.

By the way, I noticed your diet and wanted to comment that it was really good.

i think squating and deadlifting together can get a bit taxing, also dont know why you want to do push ups but i would do an A,B, routine like this and add push ups after.
A.........................................B
squat..................................deadlift
bent-over-row...................bench-press
dips..................................chins
shrugs.........................millitary-press
........push ups,abs............

if you lift enough weight, four compound exercises will be enough,if it isnt then your not lifting enough.

it also depends how many sets you do,you can do
3x10
12,10,8,6
5x5
4x8
if its to easy do more sets if it gets harder than you think do less sets, just because you do more exrcises doesnt make it a better workout.

to the OP:

You are five feet nine inches tall and 137 pounds... you need to develop an overall strength and mass base before you start even thinking about TEH BICEPT PEAK!111!!11!

No offense

Cuz im a huge boxing fan and im a fan of manny pacquiao who is filipino just like my self, and this guys arms are huge and we are the same height and weight.
