umm..WOW!!!!!you were already very beautiful but now you are SMOKIN!! i was feeling a little blah today and you just totally and completely motivated me!!! my starting weight/body is very similar to how yours was and your goal weight and the way you look right now is exactly what i am going for!!! to see your pictures, to see your body transform the way it did is amazing!! it really gives me hope that i can look like you!!congratulations on reaching your goal, how rewarding that must be!!!
 
Heh, as someone only an inch taller than you and gunning for roughly the same weight, it's really good for me to see your results - and kick my ass back on track! I'm about 142lbs atm (started at 161), so halfway there.. thanks for posting and motivating me with fresh 'umph' into the second half! You look amazing, congratulations. :)

You look amazing! How did you do it? I am trying to lose weight. I've already gone from 189 to 169 but I am stuck. Any tips?
