filling gap in chest

ive been really working the chest hard lately with good results, except in one area. My chest or breast plate(not sure what its called) the bone thats in the middle of your chest, well no muscle is really going there, its like forming around it. Ive been doing dumbell flys, chest press machine, incline bench, and free weight chest press but i still cant seem to fill that spot. any help is great.

There is no muscle there.. Note the space lol

I don't think it is such a stupid question, I would just like to phrase it a bit differently.

How come some guys have nice even pec's that are "squared" off in the center while others like me have those that are rounded? The rounded pec's do leave quite a bit of gap in the lower middle. I myself doubt there is any way to fill in this gap and make rounded pec's into square one's. Is there a way or is this just genetics:confused:

If you're talking about towards the bottom, and the shape, that's genetic. If that's not what you're asking, I have no clue.. :)

l always thought it was that if your a body builder you would do like decline and incline press and flat bench too, so you'd get more of a square shape :S well.. maybe i was wrong then:p

You can't change the shape of a muscle. You can build it, and it will get bigger.....in whatever shape you already have.

that's a myth. the pectoralis major is one muscle (well, one on each side of your chest). you can hit it from different angles, but it won't re-shape the muscle to be fuller at the bottom.

make the bulk of your chest lifts flat, incline, and flye related. declines don't need to be a huge staple.

.
What? Is it a myth? I have been told by few people that Incline=upper and Decline=lower.

What is the purpose of Decline press then?

I am interested because since yesterday, I have added Decline to my chest session.

Cable Crossover!!!!!!!!

They fill in the upper, middle and lower parts of your middle chest :) according to my friend..........ARNOLD S. ;)
