Excellent work. You should give some details i.e. How you did it and how long it took you.

You did awesome!

Well, I started walking on a treadmill because I was going through a rough period in my life. It just helped me take my mind off of everything. I really wasn't that much into losing weight, but it helped me get down to about 230. I stayed there for the longest time, didn't really try much.

Well, September of last year I started getting depressed again and finally, because of gas prices, I had to put the car in the garage until prices came down. From there I biked everywhere. To my parents' house, to my friends' houses, to work, everywhere. Just loved it too. I started biking faster and longer each night. I figured if I was biking so much, might as well go the entire way and watch what I was eating too. I went to under 2000 calories a day and biking 2 - 7 hours a day, depending if I worked or not.

In December I had dropped to 190 and couldn't go any further. I tried for 2 weeks but I really hit a plateau. My Aunt asked if I wanted to join her gym, and figuring that since I wasn't doing much else with the biking anyways, I accepted.

Since then I've been working with weights and lost down to 173. Feeling absolutely amazing here.

wow! just have to stop in and say you look amazing! truly inspirational. great work. i'm sure it's well worth all the hard effort.

my weight loss trek came in a rather similar way as yours. except my car broke down so now i bike everywhere heh. kudos to the unintentional sucess!

OMG! You look AMAZING. OW OW. You don't look like you could of even been related to the person in your before picture. Great Job really!

Those are basically my same numbers and same routine, with the treadmill and biking. This is definitely a huge inspiration.
