I recently started a good diet and started a weights program to build some muscle and get more definition. The thing is I need to lose an inch or two from my stomach and I don't think my 30 mins of running 3 times a week is really making much difference.
Should I increase the cardio and reduce the weights to burn more fat and then look to increase the weights in a few months time when I have trimmed up a little?
