I got on the scale today frightenly so since last night I ate like a horse there is something about certain days where you just feel hungry all day. Anyway lost 3 lbs since starting weight watchers 4 days ago. Go me! and all of you of course. I am trying to build up jogging and I can go one mile now I would appreciate some tips if any out there. Have a wonderful day and keep up the good work everyone.

The best tip for jogging is the mind over matter thing: Think about how you will feel AFTER jogging instead of how you are feeling RIGHT NOW. It usually works :D
