Nope no new licence yet, I should probably think about that though. I do feel pretty GREAT.

I have been so inspired by some of the other before and after photos that I hope mine can do the same for others.

That is absolutely inspirational - how does anyone say Good Job? It just doesn't come close. How do you say Congratulations? That sounds like luck was involved.

You have worked so unbelievably hard - and it SHOWS!

Not only do you look fantastic - but you don't seem to have changed from the warm person with a sense of humor - you are still that person - success hasn't given you a swelled head or a big ego -- and you would surely be entitled to that....

I hate the word inspiration... becuase it's so overused .. but you, are surely one - that it is possible to achieve your goals... :)

ok so tell the truth - does it feel really awesome when yuo get cat called by the lady construction workers??? :D

Though I can relate, I still see a big difference in how some guys carry it differently and leaves me wondering what I should be doing different ??

You truly inspire me to the finish line my friend. Your courage, determination and discipline is the blueprint to all WLF men of how it should be done. You look fantastic, healthy and ready to conquer the world.

I just can't exceed in words what the pictures say. Absoeffenlutely incredible Fenster.

LOL, wow, thanks everyone, but if you keep it up I am going to get a big head, LOL. I do appreciate all the kind words, they mean a great deal to me, thank you very much.

T2, although I think I am a little taller (I’m right about 6’), don’t be fooled, I doubt we are carrying it much different, I am still hiding a large amount of “lower ab flab” myself. But, we are both a hell-uv-alot better off than we were a short time ago. See you at the finish line. I have reached my original goal but have decided to set a new one.
