female in need of= KILLER ABS & DEVELOPED THIGHS

I am looking to get to atleast 118lbs, slim, lean..... I need to know how do I go about getting killer abs....and thick developed thighs ...fitness.......I want to look great this summe rin my mini skirt and halter....
I alwasy run the treadmill do a few weights and I still look like sloppy crap...
I dont have any pics...
 
well what is your diet like, and also when you say you do some weights what exactly are youdoing
 
Full body workout with main focus on squats and lunges and 20mins of HIIT 3 times a week follow this up a good heathy diet.
