female figure competitions

Well I have 6 weeks until my figure competition and I am currently sitting at 12% body fat weighing at 134. I am 5'6. I am wondering what kind of diet you guys think I should start now and when should I start on cardio? Everyone can't believe I weigh as much as I do, they say I look 120 max. I am already fairly lean and not even doing much cardio or dieting really. I eat clean already however; when do I start carb depleting and all of that fun stuff? also what should I be eating this close in the game? One more question what are good tanners for competition, I have heard of Pro tan however; anyone use anything better? THANKS A BUNCH...all the best!!

A friend of mine who used to do pagents and competitions would have 2 sessions of cardio 5 days a week and weight train 5 days a week. Typically towards the competition her carbs would fall between 40-60 grams daily.
 
the competition is here in Toronto, April 15th. I'm not sure how to do all the cycling stuff however I will wing it and hopefully place.
