fell off the wagon

Well I had gotton some pretty bad sunburn on my back while Tilling my Wife's garden, iwas out of the routine for two weeks (yes that bad) anyway, I am starting up today.

I have maintained eating healthy for the most part.

I was doing Strength 3 times a week (bowflex routine) and Cardio 2 times a week. I plan on taking it up a notch, by doing cardio 5 times a week and Strrength 3 times still.

How much time should I give my body to rest between Cardio and strength, and which one is preferred first?

I was going to do my Bowflex first, then rest a half hour then do the Cardio workout, Shower, then eat dinner and hit the bed.

Or am I better waking up early and doing one and doing the other at night on these days?

any advice is welcomed, thanks in advanced.

If possible lift in the morning and cardio at night, but if not, or you're pressed for time you can do them one after the other. Keep lifting first though..

Since you said eating then hitting the sack, I don't think your PWO meal and your last meal of the day should be the same. As you should have some fast acting whey or something for PWO and some slow release casein protein before bed. Just a thought, if you could eat, shower, wait until you're hungry again and eat then pass out..

That sun 'ell get you every time ;) lol

Thanks

Basically what I did was...

Got home from work, then I did my bowflex routine.

Went and coched my son's baseball team, Came home ate something lite.

Then I did my Spinning for 40 Min. Then I watched 24 drank some gatoraide and went to bed. I forgot to grab a snack before bed. But that is ok, there is tonight.

I plan on alternating my Cardio from Spinning, to Running, to Swimming since my pool is open.

That sounds good, just try and get that meal in there.. But trust me I understand life getting the the way sometime.. Other than that it looks pretty good.
