Fell off the wagon, getting back on....

Well, its been 5 years since Ive posted on this site, but I think I need the support. In 2008 I went on a weight loss journey that started at 263 pounds and ended at 176 pounds. Around the time I was at my lowest weight I got a new job and started back in college full time. Those two stressers made it very difficult for me to maintain that weight. One year ago I hit my all time highest weight of 275 pounds and hated myself. Over the past 9 months I have been chipping away at it and I am down to 236 right now. Good start, but now I want to get serious. My goal is to get below 200 before fall. Ideally I wanted to be there before this summer, but no go. So wish me luck as I work off my burdens.
 
Thank you Clarissa and Sunflower. Its nice to be able to talk to people that truly understand where I am coming from.

I have heard a saying that goes like this "Always stay hungry". I know this is in reference to keeping a desire for whatever you are striving for but this is very literal for me. I figure if Im a little bit hungry then Ive eaten too much.
