Feeling good about finally going from 229 to 205 pounds

I can't believe I have really been able to do this, and see what a difference its made in my life.

I am sleeping better, back pain is half what it used to be, my knees aren't hurting as bad, lower blood pressure for the first time ever.

Nothing is going to stop my now, I will get it all off -
