Since nobody replied to my other thread I'll make a new one.. I'd like some opinions and feedback on my full body workout routine please.
squats 2x12
deadlifts 3x10
bench press 3x8
bent over row 2x12
military press 2x12
lat pulldowns 2x12
And if I'm not tired after all that, I'll toss in some dips or barbell curls or somethin'. Good?
