Hey everyone. For those of you who do not know me I am Michelle and I am 17 years old. Before the Holidays I was at 119 pounds (my lightest weight ever) but before, during, and after the holidays I went on a binging spree thats lastest off and on until now, but now I am REALLY fed up with this added weight. I don't know how much weight I've gained (havn't had the courage to weigh myself) but I know it's alot because my jeans and some of my shirts don't fit me anymore
I'm firced to wear sweatpants to school everyday and baggy shirts so my tummy doesn't show and I REALLY REALLY hate it. But then again I know it's my own fault so the only person I should be mad at is myself. I'm really committed to getting back on the wagon and STAYING there this time! I know I can do it!
Food for today:
Breakfast: 3/4 cup honey bunches of oats, vanilla soymilk, coffee with splenda
Lunch: steak and cheddar lean cuisine panini sandwhich with mustard
snack: Probably gonna have an apple
dinner: will report later
