So I have been living healthy and exercising since February, while I have had some minor stops along the way, the weight has been coming off. Not as fast as I'd like it too, but as they say, slow and steady wins the race.

Can you see any difference between these two photos?

Whoa bud, yeah theres a good difference I see there. The face is smaller, the chest is more firm and what not. The arms I've noticed too and the the whole body its self.
Way to go buddy!
 
yeah man...there is definitely a noticeable difference and you are doing great so far...so just keep the motivation and keep up the good work and you will be doing fine...
 
Wow, those pictures are incredibly similar. That must've taken a few tries. But yeah, there's definitely a difference. Maybe since the pictures are so similar to each other you should use them in an image morphing program, that might be cool.

Yay! Good work. I can definitely see a difference. You're right too, ain't nothing wrong with slow and steady. People far too often look for the quick fix and in doing so fail. You'll be at your goal before you know it and the loss will be sustainable.

What kind of foods are you eating to fuel your weight loss? Less processed foods the better. I've been doing a somewhat low carb mainly no bread, and lots of water limiting processed foods and increase in proteins and have lost 10ish pounds in little more than a month. WATER YAY. I use to have to put sugar free mixes in water to drink it, I always felt like something was crawling on my skin...for months. Quit drinking the sugar free stuff...no more itchy creeppy crawly feelings...they contain alot of chemicals..no need for them now. Plain ole Water grows on you after a while...and sugar free juices aint to bad either. I guess you can re train your tastebuds to like things that dont taste the greatest..later. keep it up.
