I'm really loving your videos - I think I've watched them 4 times now. That was a super idea and I hope you do a bunch more! I think it might be fun to do one too, but I don't have a webcam at the moment.

Hope you get to catch up on sleep from being up so late. I'm exhausted today too - kids and hubby kept waking me up thru the night for various reasons. Hard to get good quality sleep with you get woken up every hour or so, if not more!

I watched roxies video, its was great, imadangits (sp?) isn't up there yet tho :( I have an idea for a vid, but I'm going to wait till ive lost a stone more before doing it, cos i don't want to seem like a hypocrite. :D

Lol! I love my Dance Central. The kinect was the best thing I've ever bought. I work up such a sweat! It also tracks my workout progress. It's my saviour!

Oh coool... I'd love to try out the dance thing! We just have wiifit, and there's not much there that gives you a workout, I find. Except the hula hoop! haha. Be prepared to look like a total tool though :) The balance things on there are fantastic for my ankle rehab though...

It was so much fun, didn't feel like normal boring exercise at all! And you can do duets with the person you're playing with so you like interact with your exercise buddy! Was very fun. Then we ruined it by having smoked sausage pasta (although lots of garlic, peppers, onions and mushrooms) and some garlic bread.
Despite drinking the last few nights I've stuck to Morgans Spiced with diet lemonade so not as bad as the 2 bottles of wine I would have had instead.

Working a night tonight so been napping today, am actually going to the gym tomorrow when I wake up! Been away from there for way too long!! Even forgotten the code to let me in to the building, that'll be embarrassing! And then 6am starts the rest of the week. Going to be a busy lady! Will still make time to come here though--Might just not be as regular as I'd like.

Season 5 of LOST for the shift tonight--Very excited!! Any one else watched it??
 
I haven't ever watched lost before. But if you haven't seen True Blood, try to get that to watch on your night shifts, its so addictive. I used to sit down with a box of choccies and a bottle of wine to watch 4 episodes at once, i don't know what i am going to do now im on a diet arrggghhh.
 
Don't want to go to the gymmm :'( I'm on the rag, had 6 hours sleep and have a horrible headache. Excuseeeees. I'm sure I'll get motivated soon. Just have so much to do today :( x
 
Just can't be fucked man. Think it shuts in like 30 mins cause it's bank holiday as well. No motivation. I was all excited about being super-healthy today. Guess my food doesn't have to suck. Maybe I'll jump on my cross trainer for a bit later.

omg I know. I just started my lady time last night. I'm waiting to see if the fatigue hits today. I haven't dieted and exercised with Aunt Flo yet. :smilielol5: Hopefully, she supports me!

Just did a 1.8 mile walk to the big food store in town. Brought a TON of healthy stuff. Not one unhealthy thing! Making my Thai Green Curry tonight with WW naan bread :)
