I'm with Amy. I can drink easily in moderation.
I dont like the person i become when i'm drunk and i always do regrettable things.

But put chocolate//biscuits//crisps//coffee//hot chocolate in front of me, that is when i cannot do the moderation thing.

Haha, we are all so weird. Funny bodies. Lucky you, Amy! Wish mine would stop!

So today has been crazy, started work at 7am and got home at 10:30pm after doing 4 shifts back to back. Needless to say, food has been low today! Will post more tomorrow when I have time! Must sleep!

Must just add that I walked NINE miles today. NINEEEEE fucking miles. Literally can't feel my legs. All on one shift as well. What is it with my autistic kids and the need to walk incessantly until my legs fall off?! :p Can't complain, with my low cals and great exercise today has been a suppppppper day! (Super long day. Am very full though!!)

Breakfast: -
Lunch: slice of mushroom and courgette quiche (200)
Dinner: half a thin crust pizza (410) jacket potato with small amount of cheese (250)
Snacks: carrots, cucumber and hummus (130)

Exercise: 9 mile walk.

I have blisters on maaa blisters!!! So exhausted. Yesterday worked about 13 hours. Walked between 6-8 miles (my tracker messed up) at a very brisk pace and then still went out and kicked ass at Zumbaaa! I am seriously good! Have horrible sunburn though. Has made me cranky and tired and sicky all last night and not in a much better mood this morning (up at 6am, sobsobsob!).

Food yesterday was not very good though. I had a sausage and egg muffin from MaccyD's. (400) baked crisps (135) and some slices of pizza (probably around 1000). So my day came out around 1535 which isn't BAD but the food itself was unhealthy.

Hopefully my exercise will have made up for it!

Will get round to everyones diaries at some point. Doing 6am til 11pm tonight so probably not til tomorrow now :(
 
Girrrrrl, you are working 9-5 and then some. I dont know how you doooo it.

I promise I will get round to some diaries soon. I fail so much! Had another very productive day. Left house at 6, got home at 6! Was going to get the bus the 3 miles from one shift to another but I walked it! At 8am this morning! Go meee! And I walked past TWO McDonalds and avoided it! Eaten very well today. Got about 5 miles of walking in as well. So combined with the last few days, I should be set for a loss soon!

Oops! Been a few days! Mannnn, I hate being so busy! Had saturday off but spent friday night in a drunken haze so saturday was a bit of a write off. Woke up on the sofa, fully clothed at 8am with my friend Moss on another sofa and we both immediately cracked open a beer and lit up and spent the day on the sofa eating and watching films. NOT HEALTHY! However, yesterday was better. And today will be good as well!

Back to work tomorrow. Have a kid 4 times this week where you pick him up and walk the 4-5 miles home with him so that'll be plenty of exercise.
Moving into the new flat on the 17th as well so need to start packing but there isn't much time :(

Also, in sexy news: Me and Yank are like rabbits again! I really lost my sex drive when I put some weight on but I've been feeling great about myself recently. Since saturday night we have done it 5 times. And morning sexy times both days as well :D Love it. And now I'm getting taken out for dinner tonight--Lucky me!

Not much else is going on--Feeling a bit down about Uni being over--Now for full-time work and other depressing shit. Awh well, must stay optimistic! My sleeping and anxiety has been much better because I'm so tired all the time!!
 
Sounds like you are doing great! And I'm happy for you that things are going so well in the bedroom - I'm jealous! But I guess that's what I get for marrying a man 12 years older than me. Hubby always tells me that I should have married a man younger than me to keep up with me in bed. LOL!

I remember being really bummed right after I graduated from college and started working full time. I think I had a beginning of my life crisis instead of a mid life crisis. I just kept thinking "Is this all there is going to be in my life????" I think I was just so fucused on getting thru college and getting a good paying job that once I'd done those things I was sort of adrift with no more goals after that.

Sounds like you're doing really well. Full time work sounds scary :( (no, this is not why I'm doing a PhD. Really. I mean it... :leaving: )

And I love that your relationship is hotting up again :D Excellent barometer of self-esteem/ managing with shit, I reckon.

Been working my ass off. Had my supervision at work today and all my feedback was great. Been offered the job of key worker which is more money and a ton more paperwork which I'm not thrilled about. Took it though--The responsibilities will be good practice for me, I guess. So, yay for me!

Going out with some friends tonight--Just for a few drinks and a game of pool at the local pub but will be nice to get out. Will log food for today--Need to get back into the habit of doing it.
