Fatty.2 : Revenge of the chub.

Awh, thank you my lovely girls :D All of you are so sweet :grouphug:

Well, the diet is still going wonderfully! Don't know where my motivation has come from but I'm happy with it!! Yesterday I had a salad and humus sammich for lunch and and then a quorn chicken wrap with low-fat rice in it. And some crisps/string cheese on my night shift. And now it's 3.30pm and I've just had lunch (salad and humus sammich!). Going belly-dancing tonight so hoping for a good weigh in tomorrow morning, I never got round to doing it yesterday!!

Hope everyone is well!

xxxx

Thanks you two :grouphug:

Belly dancing was awesome--Really good work-out. Working on a routine and now we've gone a few times they have really upped the pace so the majority of the hour is spent rushing around trying to keep up! Was great.

Played Pokemon until 3 this morning and then was up at 8am..Blurghhh. Been into work and now I've come home to work on el disso for a while before my next shift. Weather is gorgeous here but have too much to doooo right now!

Made me and Yank a healthy omelette for lunch :) 2 eggs each with low-fat cheese and some pepper. Was delicious! Have a great thursday everyone!

I can soooo relate to this...i just had a class- and it s sooo fast and tecnical - i keep trying to catch up!!!

Your lunch sounds good! :waving:

I've been thinking about trying belly dancing - maybe get an instructional DVD or something. I bet my girls would LOVE to do that with me - it sounds like so much fun!

Hope you have a great weigh in!

Hey!!

You sound like you're doing fabulous!! *happy dance*

Hope life has been treating you well!! :) :)

I can't wait until we get to read a post about how you busted out a ridiculously awesome belly dancing routine at a random party some night, haha. Although my guess is that would be followed by posts about Yank having to beat up the guys to keep them away from you!!

:iagree: That would be too funny!!!

Wow I had to go to page 4 to find you and that never happens! You are usually always on page 1. Looks like you have been keeping busy and doing well with your weight loss. The belly dancing sounds like so much fun - I'm not sure I'm brave enough to try it - a little too shy maybe. Maybe if I had a couple glasses of wine first, lol.
Have a great weekend and thanks for thinking of me while I was gone. Check out my pictures on my profile when you get a chance - I had a ball!
Take care!

*faces the music* :nopity:

So, I've been avoiding my diary. I've not been doing well. When I handed my disso in on thursday morning it all went a little craaaazy. Have been drunk for most of the time and have had one of my best friends staying with me (she lives in Spain right now) so have been living on take-out and vino! Not good!!!

Yank has had a lot of family drama. It's all been resolved now but his brother was arrested in Nevada for trafficking meth. He was on Nevada's top 10 most wanted list which is just fucking insane. Luckily he got an amazing lawyer who proved that he wasn't even in the State on the days they were saying he was so he's been released. Still..it's been a stressful few days of eating badly and drinking too much.

So I'm currently in bed, surrounded by about 30 beer bottles, cigarette butts and pizza boxes and I feel GROSS. My clothes feel tighter. I'm not a happy girl.
I'm still veggie (apart from one treat yesterday as it marked the 2 weeks mark) and I had a few bites of chicken. And am still belly dancing but that's about it!! I'm planning on doing a long walk today and tidying the shit-pit that is my room for exercise and I need to get back to counting every calorie again. :banghead:

I have 15 weeks until graduation. I'm back up to about 187lbs right now. SOB. Let's get goiiing! :gnorsi:

DAY ONE
Breakfast: -
Lunch: crisps (300) not good, Hana. Noodles (350)
Dinner: Shared a home-made pizza with Yank (400)
Snacks: beer (500)

Total:1550
Exercise: 20 min power walk

Welcome back on track Mrs!

Well done on handing in your dissertation!!

I bought that book. I enjoyed it but judging but my current weight would suggest it didn't really do wonders! I like the audio cd you get with it though - it's nice to fall to sleep to if you don't mind Paul McKenna's voice lol.

That's some crazy business going on Hana!
Hope everything goes OK for your BIL - that meth is evil stuff...
Sending you some positive vibes for a healthy awesome new week to come! :)
I still think you're so awesome doing belly dancing too!

Thanks girlies :) I've just started the CD that came with it Holly, we shall see!!!
And I do love my belly-dancing. I have a super cool coin belt () <--- Like those!

Love it.
Well yesterday was a bit of a fail. Think I've forgotten how to do this!!! Didn't eat anyyyything until 5pm which was STUPID and then devoured everything in sight and got horribly drunk. :hat:

I'm also covered in bruises! Me and Yank had some sexy time in the bath tub at like 2am and I ended up falling out and bruising my arm and my leg. In lots of pain today!

Listening to this mind changing CD that came with the I can make you thin book. Kinda want to have sex with his voice. Which troubles me because he's hideous and old. He keeps going.."thaaaaaats right". Very nom-worthy. It's like a relaxation CD but with weight-lossy thoughts.

So I'm having a mix of brown rice and wild rice for breakfast today. I woke up at 9 STARVING but instead of having a packet of crisps or a yog I can have a HUGE bowl of brown rice with veg for exactly the same calories.

DAY TWO:
Breakfast: brown rice/veg (150)
Lunch: humus and lettuce sammich (250) low-fat crisps (130)
Dinner: stuffed pasta (285) little bit of bottled sauce (40) cheese (70)
Snacks: brown rice/veg (150) ice cream (300)

Total: 1375
Exercise: 2 hours of cleaning/hoovering

Right, I've decided to follow the "I can make you thin" rules after reading the book. Really loved it! Such a simple way of doing things--I'm so guilty of devouring everything on my plate like a loon and as soon as I'm done I realise I could have stopped half way through the meal and still have been full.

So the rules are: (1) When you are hungry, eat! (2) Eat what you want, not what you think you should! (3) Consciously enjoy every single mouthful, and (4) When you think you are full, stop eating.

The author says not to weigh-in for the first two weeks of the programme so I'm going to do this for 2 weeks and see what happens! I just need a shift in mental attitude :)

We shall see what happens I guess.

Good luck to you! Those are rules that I think we all know but not really understand yeah? I hope it works for you and am looking forward to see if there is a person out there that can do it (I for sure am not).

By the way I read the first age of this and just from that you are an amazing success story. You are an inspiration and thank you for sharing!

Awh thanks hun, what a nice post :D

Yeah the rules are shit that everyone knows but I'm gonna try really hard to follow them exactly rather than just stuffing my face all the time ;) Will check out your diary!
