Well today (day 3) has been un-eventful. Decided to try to have yet another break from drinking and Yank is supporting me by stopping soon. Have drunk almost every night for a week now. Getting a little out of control.
Had work this morning (after 4 hours sleep, again!) so have napped for a few hours this afternoon and now I'm just about to start some work. Dinner will be chicken breast wrapped in bacon (with the fat cut off..hate the fatty bits!) with rice and lots of veg! Should be enough to fill me up but am very low on calories today so might have snack before bed.
Day 3:
Day 1 of no drinking.
Breakfast: 2 crumpets (160)
Lunch: *slept through*
Dinner: chicken breast (189) bacon (150) rice/veg (250)
Snacks: string cheese (70) slice of garlic bread (100) 2 crumpets (160)
Total: 1079
Exercise: 20 min walk
