Oooo... I love quinoa!!! Escpecially the red! I use it in place of rice because it's got lots of protein in it. My favorite thing to make is quinoa, diced grilled italian chicken, carrots, onions, celery, broccoli, and peppers. Throw in a cube of chicken bullion, sprinkle in some all season salt, garlic powder and pepper. YUM! I've made it on the stove top, or a faster way is in a covered glass bowl in the microwave. Be warned though - when you cook it, it expands in size a LOT!
