hi ,
i have had several trials on weight loss this n that..i took abt 2 weeks before maintaining this diary to make a practice to hit the gym which i did succeed in...i just hope that i stay foccussed and acheive my goals...i gradually wanna progress to including pilates and doing p90x lean..these r on my to do list...just wanna be focussed....
17TH AUG
im starting today ....as of now its 11:15 am...i am considering doing treadmill for abt 3.5-4 miles...i really hope im able to acheive it..
 
day1

i ran for abt 20 min at 4.2 mph and then continued walking at 3.8 mph .i did it for a total of 3 miles.im feeling good i came home and had 2 bowls of sauteed vegetables and a glass of pulp free OJ.its 3 pm nowand in 30 min i hope to do p90x lean(this wud be the day 1 of the 90 days)
i want to include pilates to improve my flexibility...i have to include it slowly and gradually...
WHAT I THINK IM LACKING IN...
i think im trying to be just too fierce in my approach,i need to learn to take it slow...i didnot gain all this weight in 1 day so the weight doesnt go in a day....i need to do something to improve my flexibility.....have to improve water intake...

day2

day 1 was good.i managed p90x lean session 1 in the evening
now for day2..
i had my breakfast which was i cup og cereals and 1%milk and half a cup of coffee..at abt 11 i hit the treadmill..i ran for abt 10 min with walking intervals in between..i ran at 4.3mph and walked at abt 3.8mph..for a total of 3 miles...
had a sub salad and steamed lentils with beans for lunch and half a glass of pulp ree OJ...
i hope to do session 2 of p90x lean in the evening....(i pray ..god gives me strength and stamina()
 
Hi there!

Wow what a determined start, the p90x sounds like a really good workout. Just a word of advice - are you eating enough? 1 cup of cereal and lentil salad does not seem very much at all. I think you might do better to eat some more especially as you are working out so much.
