You are doing so awesome!! Congrats on getting your workouts in! I'm so proud of you! I went for my weigh in today and I'mdown a total of 15.4lbs total! I'm very excited about that! What a good feeling isn't it!!! :)

Day 15... bad day!!! I'm gonna keep it short & sweet.. I'm headed to bed..

It was a long day.. and I ended up going to the ER (hospital) -- Been having some major **** [[[ TMI follows!! (too much info!) -- MEN IF YOU CANT HANDLE FEMALE "PROBLEMS" talk THEN PLZ DONT READ THE FOLLOWING! LOL ]]] **** -- abnormal PMS'n.. she came & didn't want to leave apparently! *sighs* I made an appt with my OBGYN about 10 days ago but its not til Oct 26 (WTF???) But, it got so horrible (HORRIBLE!! HEAVY AS HELL!!) today and it made me go to the ER.. I'll leave that part out but my ladies probably know whats up!! Anyhoos.. All my test came back normal but, I have a bladder infection which is probably making her stay longer than she suppose to.. so he gave me some anti-biotics and he gave me some other medicine and told me it should make her go away! Thank goodness!! &

The DR insisted I stay away from the Gym for a couple days.. *pouts!* -- I will today because of everything.. But, tomorrow I have to go at least walk a good pace on the treadmill but not the bike since its lots of back and forth movement until im back to A1! -- So I gotta obey the Dr's orders for today anyways because I feel dooky! -- As far as food I had some beef & potatos and cornbread at my moms.. and a little bit of greens.. I've just been feeling blah.. so YEAH! But, I'm drinking plenty of water... hopefully tomorrow i'll feel better! 6AM comes early.. so I'm going night night!! Leave me love!!

Day 16 is finished!

Well, well.. I feel better today but my "problem" isn't.. I mean it's easier to deal with today I should say.. blah.. But, heres my day in a run down of eating & exercise.. I had class this morning so on my way I stopped and got me a sausage biscuit from the gas station.. (my fav) and drank some oj.. Had a LONG day! Once I got home I got to relax for a bit then I started fixing dinner.. which I had a piece of ribs (boneless) some mac n cheese.. baked potato (raw no skin) with cheese and a piece of wheat bread.. and TONS of water.. I ate good huh? :) -- Be proud lol... then I DID go to the Gym tonight!!! I couldn't miss another night! Missing last night sucked but, It was a HAVE TO case for my health.. soooo its understandable :) wasn't by choice!! -- But, I did hop on the treadmill for a good hour!! Got a great sweat in.. and I came home hit the shower and now I'm here... and about to go to bed lol.. Gonna jump on the bed and relax & watch some TV with the better half til I fall asleep.. (Which wont be long lol) -- I hope all of yall are having a blessed week!!!! Leave me love

Day 16 is finished!

I wasn't sure if you were joking or being serious about eating good this day but I personally don't think it was a very good day - sausage biscut, oj, ribs, mac & cheese, baked potato was the only thing that looked healthy to me but then you put cheese on it too. This isn't bad in moderation or to have once and a while but I would try and incorporate more fruits & veggies into the mix. Otherwise looks like you are still on track and should continue to take it easy at the gym like the doctor said until you are feeling better! I like your positive attitude so keep it up and hopefully you will get those new results back soon!

Thanks for stopping by! (I was actually being serious) -- But, I meant I ate more than normal.. not by what I was eating. But, I'm definitely still learning the whole food ordeal.. Thanks for the input.. And I'm taking it easy yet going my limit working out.. I just can't slow all the way down! :) So as long as I'm having a limit I'll be fine! Thanks for the good advice!!
 
Day 17 is THROUGH!

I had a good day.. lots of relaxing though! Thats a change!!! So I took advantage of it lol.. I'm kind of ashamed of my eating intake today though :( -- I had a egg sandwich on wheat bread this evening and that was it... I KNOW I KNOW!!!!! I haven't been hungry! I'm still trying to do the whole eating when not hungry.. It's just not working for me!!!! (( JUST A HEADS UP! I didn't eat 3x a day before I started working out either.. so this isn't something I changed when I started working out!!! So don't think for once I'm trying to starve myself LOL Because thats definitely not the case AT ALL!!!! )) -- Okay now that I got that out of the way... Yeah, blah & boo @ ME!! But, I'm gonna get in the mix of trying to eat when I'm not hungry!! It's just been hard lol... but, I did get my hour workout in on the treadmill.. a good sweat! :) -- Now I'm about to hit the shower and lay it down for the night and watch some TV.. 6AM comes bright & early!! -- Hope yall are having a fabulous end of September night! The best month of the year is coming in a few hours!! LOL... Leave me love!

Day 18!! Wow! Time has flew! :)

Today was a good day.. REALLY, REALLY LONG! But, good! -- Let me just tell ya now.. I didn't eat EXTRA HEALTHY today but, I DID EAT GOOD! LOL If that makes sense! For breakfast I had a chicken biscuit and it was greaaaat! with OJ.. then for dinner I ate 3 small-med sized Chicken tenders, mashed potatoes, corn & wheat bread -- Wait! That sounded healthy enough for me! LOL.. & I drank plenty of water! I just got home from the Gym.. another fabulous hour of working out! :) Now I'm about to hit the shower and lay it down for the night!! I gotta take care of some things tomorrow then the fiance' and I are gonna go watch the new movie Zombieland.. it looks like its gonna be sooo funny!!! Anyhoos... off to hit the water! :) -- Hope yall have a fabulous night!! Leave me love!

Day 19!? Say it aint so! :)

It was a good day today!! I was kinda busy then toward the evening I got to relax a bit before I got ready to have Date night with the better half! :) We went to see Zombieland.. it was a good movie!! FUNNY!!! I had got me a grilled chicken salad at BK but UGH! I only ate a few bites and I was NOT liking it! The salads there suck! So I ate me a world famous hotdog from my moms lol.. No working out as of yet.. did alot of walking in the mall tho! We may go on down to the Gym.. not sure yet.. I usually take my day off on Friday (or Sat) But.... I'm not sure but as of yet No gym so far today! If not I'll go hard tomorrow! :) But, I'm down 5 more pds! That makes me at 304!!! Yes yes! Only 4 more nasty pds to go to get outta the 3's baby!!!!! I gotta do it before my birthday which is October 8th!!!! :D I can.. I can!!!!! Anyways I'm about to figure out whats going on... either we're gonna watch some of our shows on the Tivo and relax tonight since its REALLY REALLY FOGGY outside (its hard as hell to drive in when u live in the mountains lol) -- Or we're gonna try and go to the Gym... either or I may do some exercise here at the house! I may get on the Wii!!! YEAHH!!!!!!! I think I'll do that! :) WOO! LOL -- Okay folks.. have a great weekend!!!! Leave me love!

Day 20!! Over & done with!

I know its super late.. so I'm gonna make this short & sweet..

I ate some grilled chicken and rice today... then I had some potatos & greens with wheat bread... and tons of water... I went to the Gym and got my good ol' workout on!!! :) Things are good... AND I am tired.. lol Gnite folks!!! Leave me love!
