Fat loss...

Ok, i have read that for efficient fat loss you should do your excercise in the morning before you eat breakfast, but wont this burn muscle instead of fat? Usually i never feeel great doin excercise in the morning but is this something that you get use to?

It depends on what exercise you're doing and the rest of your program, including your nutrition. When I contest prep I do one or two fasted steady states in the morning, but for maybe 30 minutes max. I would never do HIIT or weight training on empty. And in reality, what you do by the end of the day matters most. If you prefer to do it at some point later in the day, you'll be fine.
 
Yeah I agree with wild, we had this discussion over in nutrition not too long ago, and it doesnt matter.

But it does vary on if you are trying to cut or not, because for example I eat all day, including night time and immediately before I go to bed, so I'll still have food in my system...so it depends on the persons eating as well.

But back to the topic, it doesnt matter, as long as you get in sometime.
