Still loving the diet
But obviously these fad type diets dont really work forever, with the proof being in the fact that it appears our OP is no longer on the plan. If she was, I bet she'd still be on here telling us about her success with the book and trying to prove the diet doubters wrong as she was before.
I just wanted to clear a few things up.
First of all, the fee is a one time thing. I dont knwo where you saw 90 days but i have had the diet for a little over 4 months now and it even says when you buy it it is guaranteed for life and they will never recharge you.
Secondly, i have shared the diet with others by having them pick the foods they want and me using my password to genrate their 11 day plan. People wont share with you online because they dont want to give out their passwords. Its a website (not a book) you go to and it asks for a password. I dont know if this comes in book format but the diet generator is what you want.
And lastly, i have found a great forumn that is full of support and good ideas so i dont check in here much anymore. all people want to do here is put people down and call this a "fad diet" although you will be hard pressed to find negative feedback on it.
As far as my progress... my boyfriend and i have been on this diet for 4 cycles. We took a break for 2 weeks because his family came in for graduation and i took him to key west for 5 days immediatly after that. We each gained a little back on the break but have overall managed to lose about 10lbs each.
Each day we squirm about all the ice cream and candy we are missing out on but both of us love the diet overall.
I feel great on it, im upbeat and energetic. Personally, i have never stayed on a diet this long and considering my goals, 12.8lbs is an amazing weight loss. If you are looking to lose weight fast this diet may not be the soulution but it has been consistant.
The diet claims 9lbs every 11 days but in my other forumn that is only true for the very overweight people. They lose 8-10lbs and gan back a few on the cheat days, then lose another 8-10... and it goes on.
For my boyfriend and I its been about 6lbs each cycle. The first set of cheat days we went crazy and gained a lot back but have learned since then. I am planning on sticking to this diet until i reach my goal weight.
Lots of people are skeptical but i think any diet will work as long as you stick to it. For me, this is a very easy diet to stick to and i never feel sick or malnurished. I like all the food i've picked and have even found some tasty recipies for some of the combinations it gives me.
Goodluck guys, whether you try this diet or not, i hope you find the one that is right for you. This one is right for me and many others...
